1. Before purchasing
The first five problem statements are available as previews so you can understand the teaching style before purchase. Complete access costs ₹599 for 365 days, is activated after verified payment, and does not renew automatically.
2. Eligible refund situations
Please contact us within seven calendar days of purchase. We will review a full or appropriate refund where:
- you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
- payment succeeded but complete access was not activated and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
- a material technical fault on our side prevents you from using the purchased service and cannot be resolved; or
- a refund is required under applicable law.
3. Change-of-mind requests
Because paid content and the compiler are delivered digitally, a change-of-mind refund may be declined after complete access has been activated or materially used, including opening paid solutions or running the premium compiler. We will consider timely, genuine requests fairly, including the amount of access already used. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
Email pythonpracticelab@gmail.com from the purchase email address with your name, purchase date, Cashfree Order ID or transaction reference, and the reason for the request. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, full card number, CVV, PAN, Aadhaar or banking password.
5. Processing time
We aim to review complete requests within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After initiation, bank and payment-network timelines may take up to 5 working days for UPI, 7 working days for cards, and 7–10 working days for net banking or other supported methods. We will provide the available refund reference.
6. Failed or pending payments
If a payment fails but your account is debited, the payment gateway or bank may automatically reverse it. Please wait for the banking timeline shown for the transaction and contact us with the Order ID if access was not activated or the reversal does not arrive.
7. Cancellation and renewal
There is no recurring billing to cancel. The ₹599 purchase provides access for 365 days and expires automatically. Any renewal requires a new, deliberate payment. Deleting an account or stopping use does not itself create a refund.
8. Exclusions
Refunds may be refused for account sharing, abuse, attempted circumvention of access controls, policy violations, completed chargebacks, or requests lacking enough information to locate and verify the transaction, subject always to applicable law.
