1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the website, activating an account or purchasing complete access, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use paid features.

2. The service

Python Practice Lab provides self-paced online educational content and coding-practice tools. Complete access currently includes 360 guided problem workspaces, explanations, solutions, interview-oriented learning material, progress tools and an in-browser Python compiler. We may correct content and improve supporting features while preserving the essential nature of the purchased service.

3. Price, payment and access period

Complete access costs ₹599 for 365 days unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. It is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew. Payment must be completed through the displayed payment gateway. Access starts after payment is successfully verified and the learner account is activated. Taxes, if applicable, will be disclosed according to law.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide an email address you control and keep sign-in links and account access secure. One purchase is for one individual learner and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Notify us promptly at pythonpracticelab@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the platform for personal learning and interview preparation. You must not scrape or systematically copy the problem library, redistribute paid content, bypass access controls, attack or overload the service, run malicious code, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service unlawfully.

6. Compiler and third-party services

The browser compiler is provided for learning. Do not enter secrets or personal information into code. Execution may depend on compatible browsers and third-party open-source components. Payment processing, authentication and hosting may be provided by independent service providers under their own terms and availability.

7. Educational disclaimer

The content is educational and does not guarantee employment, interview success, salary outcomes, certification or admission. Company names shown with interview questions describe community-reported or commonly associated patterns and do not imply endorsement, partnership or verification by those companies.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, original explanations, learning structure and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Python, company names, coding-platform names and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Limited personal access does not transfer ownership rights.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where there is credible evidence of fraud, payment reversal, account sharing, abuse, security risk or a serious violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the revised date. Material changes will not reduce an already-purchased access period without a lawful reason. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and the jurisdiction required by law.
